President's Medal for Volunteering

Dror Israel is proud and honored to receive the "President's Medal for Volunteering" for "a tremendous contribution to Israeli society and for embodying the value 'All Israel are responsible for one another' in practice during the Coronavirus crisis"

The medal was awarded for the establishment of educational frameworks throughout the country for about 15,000 boys and girls, children of health care workers, who were left without a relevant answer with the closure of education systems in the first wave of the Coronavirus crisis as well as for our further activities to strengthen social resilience during the crisis.

The award is given to Dror Israel together with a group of other excellent, pioneering movements that work together within the framework of the Youth Movements Council and the Educators’ Kibbutz Network.
